1. Choose a part of your life that you would like to improve on and describe how you feel about it right now. Be specific.
2. Write down everything that has caused your current situation in this area of your life. Be honest with yourself.
3. Write down what you want out of life. What dreams do you have? Be specific.
4. Set goals to pursue your dreams. What do you need to do differently each day to get what you want?
Keep everything written down in a journal or notebook rather than scrap sheets of paper, and read it daily because this is some of the most important work you can do for yourself if you put in the effort.
